  • ​A customer is the most important person to come into this organization whether in person, on the phone, or by e-mail.
  • A customer is not an interruption of our work; he is the purpose of it.
  • A customer is not dependent on us; we are dependent on him.
  • A customer is not someone to argue or match wits with.  Nobody every really wins an argument with a customer.
  • We are not doing him a favor by serving him; he is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so.
  • When a customer has a problem, it is our problem whether we caused it or not.  We must help him solve the problem not try to fix blame.
  • A customer is a person who brings us his wants.  It is our job to satisfy those wants.
  • A customer is a human being that has feelings, wants and needs just like us.  Treat him, as you would like to be treated when you are the customer.
  • A customer is the one that pays our wages and allows us to grow and prosper.  He is our only source of revenue.
